Da sich die Xugana Island Lodge im Herzen des Okavango Deltas befindet, ist der Zugang zur Lodge vom Camp Moremi oder Okavango nur per Boot moeglich. Zudem kann die Lodge mit einem Charterflieger von Maun oder Kasane aus erreicht werden.
